Tube Filling Systems Offer Flexibility and Reliability

With hot air tube sealing technology, an eight-station tube filler can work with a variety of tube sizes and styles.

The RT60 is a compact eight-station dial tube-filler that fills a variety of tube sizes and styles. With the RT60, both plastic and metal tubes can be filled using one system. Offering flexibility, reliability, and accuracy, the RT60 features fully automatic tube filling and closing, which reduces labor requirements. The eight-station indexing dial is supplied as standard, but additional stations can be added as required. The system is available in plastic/laminate, metal, or combo models; the combo model saves time by filling both plastic and metal containers with a few simple station changes.

With its hot air tube sealing technology, the RT60 offers the fastest plastic tube sealing method and works with all plastic and laminate tubes with diameters ranging from ⅜-inch to 2 ⅜-inch. Also available are custom profile seals and textures for unique tube presentations. Unit dose filling offers the flexibility of filling small tubes on the same system.
